The tourism industry was one of the first to feel the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, which led to the search for new technologies to promote services. Many travel agencies and influencers started to conduct live tourism broadcasts to give audiences the opportunity to virtually visit and learn about new interesting tourist destinations abroad. The study focuses on the possibility of destination development using streaming. World experience and recommendations for the use of this innovative technology in the Russian Federation are presented, as tourists are looking for an unforgettable experience when visiting a live broadcast about tourism, as if they themselves were physically present at a tourist attraction.
