Innovative development and topical issues of increasing innovation activity in Russia

The relevance of the topic under consideration lies in the fact that active scientific and technical activities and the introduction of innovation results are the main driving force of economic growth. The article analyzes the main problems and directions for the development of innovations in Russia, including: accelerating the technological development of the world economy of developed and developing countries, limiting foreign revenues to the country and fighting for highly skilled personnel and investments. A brief analysis of the conditions of innovation activity was conducted and financial aspects of the country's innovative development and support for R & D were considered. And also the main directions of innovation assessment in the organizational context are defined: reassessment and underestimation of the role of innovations and results from their introduction. This allowed to formulate a number of tasks, among which: to analyze existing methods and methods of evaluation, to determine their advantages and disadvantages, to develop their own methodology for assessing the innovative activity of enterprises. And also to determine the further direction of work - to develop a methodology for assessing the innovation processes of enterprises in the context of Russian entities, taking into account the current economic and political situation, assess the effectiveness of innovation and the level of innovative activity of the enterprise and propose recommendations for its improvement.
