Innovative business models in the service industry to ensure its sustainable development

The article deals with the issues of enterprise sustainable development in the service industry, based on the use of innovative business models. System analysis shows that service sector occupies the most important role in the economy of many countries, contributing to the GDP of countries. To confirm this the we give statistical data on the share of the service economy in the GDP of various countries. Russia occupies an average position in terms of the share of the service sector in the GDP of our country. In this article we present the classification of business processes, identify operational, managerial and supporting business processes, and describe their main features. The article pays attention to the main types of innovations in the service industry, substantiating the necessity of using digital innovations to maintain the competitiveness of a service enterprise and ensure its long-term sustainable development. As a research result, the most significant digital technologies used for innovative transformations of key business processes of service enterprises, including artificial intelligence, big data technologies, and machine learning, have been identified. It becomes clear that the digital modification of business processes can improve the quality of services provided by personalizing them, which can only be done using artificial intelligence technologies and Big Data. We suppose that one of the factors of sustainable activity of service enterprises is to ensure their information security. Thus, ensuring the long-term sustainable development of the service economy is possible only on based on the digital transformation of business processes of service enterprises.
