Innovative factors of economic development of natural resources and environmental protection

The article explains the importance of innovation in the sustainable development of the Russian economy. The dynamic and correlation analysis of the economic, innovative, social and ecological indicators of development of the Vologda region has been made. The need of improvement of the market relations system and mechanisms of market coordination by means of state regulation and stimulation of innovative activity of economy subjects is proved.
