Innovative forms of youth leisure carry out important social functions during transitional eras and promote development new qualities for young man,s identity corresponding to requirements of time. In this article experience of innovations in youth leisure of Perm Krai during the period of 2005-2013, their welfare importance for the region and Russia is analyzed.
