Innovative forms of mentoring system organization in a modern educational institution

The introduction substantiates the challenges of young teachers’ adaptation to an educational institution and the fulfillment of their professional duties, highlighting the relevance of creating and developing a mentoring system in modern schools. Using theoretical and empirical research methods, the article identifies the challenges of the modern world that mentoring in educational institutions aims to address. It also defines key concepts such as “mentor”, “mentoring system”, and “mentoring tools”. The article presents a set of implemented mentoring activities designed to facilitate the successful adaptation of young teachers. It also explores the interaction between schools and universities, outlining perspectives for the further development of the mentoring system in contemporary educational institutions.
