The article discusses the main aspects of the formation of modern HR technologies in cultural institutions, as well as methods, tools, and techniques that contribute to the development of personnel management. The article presents approaches that are successfully applied in practice by cultural institutions and give the required results. This article is aimed at analyzing personnel management in cultural institutions, which con rms that it is necessary to ensure the availability of quali ed and motivated employees to ful ll the tasks of the institution. In addition, other management technologies can be used in cultural institutions, such as communication management, risk management, change management, etc. They are selected and applied depending on the speci c needs and objectives of the institution. THe article presents examples of joint projects of cultural institutions and universities that contribute to improving the level of practical skills of employees, young professionals and students of creative universities who practice at cultural institutions. These projects provide an opportunity to create a creative portfolio, acquire practical skills necessary for gaining work experience, and realize organizational potential.
