The article is devoted to the problems of development of the personnel of the enterprise. The concept of innovative training methods is disclosed, and an overview of innovative methods of training enterprise personnel in the context of digitalization is given. The advantages and disadvantages of using innovative teaching methods are highlighted. In the current conditions of economic development, the use of innovative teaching methods is becoming more and more relevant for enterprises, since it allows them to find new ways to solve the assigned tasks, generate new ideas and support the innovative activity of the enterprise as a whole.
