Innovative models of scientific activity of the university of culture as a factor in the development of training industry professionals

In article the attention scientific innovation is paid to maintenance of activity of higher education institution of culture and, in particular, introduction of innovative models of scientific activity of higher education institutions of culture as factor of training of branch experts. Target markers of model of research activity of higher education institution and indicators of efficiency are defined. The big role of libraries in scientific and innovative maintenance of activity of higher education institutions of culture which serve development of scientific activity of higher education institution is noted and realization of the purposes and problems of the state cultural policy promotes.
