Innovative approaches to formation and implementation of the programs of the professional retraining of teachers in the educational institutions of higher education in the context of digitalization

The article deals with the analysis of the key characteristics of the modern ways of the development and implementation of the special retraining programs of the teachers' staff of primary, basic and secondary general education in higher education institutions. There are revealed the conditions and ways of the implementation of the retraining programs based on the usage of the modern digital technologies.
