Innovative Technologies and Development Trends in the Dairy Industry: Automation, Biotechnology, and Membrane Methods of Raw Material Processing

This article provides a general review of modern technologies and innovative solutions in milk processing and dairy production. The study aims to identify key trends that determine the economic efficiency, quality, and environmental safety of finished food products in the face of global technological challenges. The paper examines in detail the automation of production lines, the implementation of modern baromembrane filtration methods (reverse osmosis) for the advanced processing of secondary raw materials, and the use of enzyme preparations and artificial intelligence systems. Promising areas for modernization of technological processes in dairy industry based on statistical data and a current scientific review have been proposed.
