The formation of steady forage reserve is necessary for ensuring the food security of the region concerning livestock products. Intercrops represent an important link of the green forage chain, they let reap two harvests of herbage in one area and get 8000-9000 feed units per hectare.The conducted research proves the fact that catch crops have provided the sustainable rise of all yield characteristics of forage hectare in comparison with a check.
