Using fluorescence microscopy the staining of intracellular structures of human keratinocytes (cell line НаСаТ) by new photoactive fluorescent dye PFD-813 was demonstrated. Preliminary data on computer modeling of the structure and dynamics of bioorganic molecules and their segments for modeling biomembranes were obtained.
