From the positions of the author's interpretation of concepts morality' and 'moral culture' three strategies of study and educational work with schoolchildren on classes of training courses with involvement of the orthodox culture are presented: culturological (senior pupils), cultural creative (teenagers), cultural personal (junior pupils). The cultural personal model of spiritual and moral development of children in elementary school is divulged.
