Текст научной статьи Innovative approach to education
Reforms in the education sector of the independent republic require a widespread use of effective educational and training factors, the establishment of conscious partnerships among the participants, and the personality traits and national mentality of learners.
Scientists and practitioners of our republic contribute to this noble cause.
We believe that today's and future is a rational use of factors that ensure the active use of students in teaching and learning, joining the opinions expressed by many educated scientists and practitioners.
In order to recognize the need for radical reforms in the education system, the term "innovation" has been used in the pedagogical field since the 1980s. Although it has already been established in the theory and practice of pedagogy, its essence is not fully understood so far, that is, there is no unity.
Innovation in the broadest sense involves optimizing the educational process, improving its quality and effectiveness through innovation in the pedagogical system. Innovation included in the pedagogical system can also adversely affect quality and effectiveness. We understand innovations that are included in the system to improve quality and productivity, taking into account its internal reserves and capabilities.
It is well known that the pedagogical process has a systematic character and covers the components that remain stable within a certain limit. If the introduced innovation exceeds the permissible level, the system breaks down and another system with a new feature is created.
The pedagogical process (system) is always technically advanced according to its essence. The technology is the inner quality of the pedagogical system, and its capabilities are subject to strict rules and regulations.
Variations in technology are not allowed, and a small component can not be removed because technology does not have an excess.
Changing a component in it will certainly result in a change.
As the general theory of the system is known, it is impossible to simultaneously improve its many parameters (directions). Therefore, it is important to keep in mind that the system will gradually enter the news and make sure that it is useful, and then make a thorough review. Our analysis shows that there are two ways to improve the pedagogical system: intensive and extensive (no-natal) pathways. Extreme way of development, due to the internal path of the pedagogical system, involves additional means, equipment, time, power, and resources.
The pedagogical process is multidimensional and can be viewed from historical, scientific, pedagogical, psychological, physiological, hygienic, organizational, economic, social, medical, ideological, legal, and similar points of view by many scientists and practitioners emphasized. J.G 's view of pedagogical process as a key factor in the development of society. Yuldashev and S.A. Usmanov's concept is "Social phenomenon, theoretical science, discipline, educational system, process, pedagogical activity, its methods and the scientific field of related subjects".
Furthermore, pedagogical technology is a social phenomenon, one of the most important factors for the development of society. The pedagogical technologies are based on the essence and content of sociology, psychology, physiology, theory and practice of pedagogical sciences, advanced experiences, ideas about the development of personality and society.
The word "technology" is Greek - "techne" - work, art, and "logos" - means teaching, teaching, or learning. He entered the pedagogy from production.
From a pedagogical point of view, it is understood as a system of knowledge, skill, skills, and personality traits that have a positive impact on the students' minds, emotions, emotions. It is natural that the individual and technical means of the process participants are considered.
In Western Europe and the United States, the process of instruction and development of the individual is referred to as the "Learning Process", so in these countries, not the "pedagogical technology", the term "educational technology" is used.
Sources review suggests different interpretations of this concept. This is true in a certain sense, because each person is different from him. However, unanimous comments are needed for professionals working in one area. Even the comments of the UNESCO organization have been widely perceived by our scientists.
Many technologies are being used in many countries, including the continuous education system of the country. All of these technologies have a certain commonality and classify them according to their particular characteristics. Kukushin, G.K. Selevko, G. Berdiyev and others.
Learners' personality is used by factors of active learning in shaping such qualities as independence, enthusiasm, sense of responsibility, critical thinking. As it is known on the basis of such factors, this process is used to create the conditions for the development and personalization of pupils' individual characteristics.
It is well known that the dynamic development of the individual in the process of education, the acquisition of material and spiritual values, is realized only through his personal activities. If the reader does not understand the essence of his teaching, all his actions will be carried out as a result of external pressure, and his knowledge will have an official character.
Further development of heredity, learning, education, and the importance of personal activities are essential. The activity of a person is inextricably linked with his inner world, his thoughts, his experiences, his thoughts and emotions. Teacher's skill is to re-educate the teaching material in a student-friendly manner. It is because of personal motives, emotions, personal thoughts and actions.
Thus, active learning is closely interconnected with the intelligent organization of learners' learning activities, requiring research, dialogue, dialogue and dialogue.
These ideas are today recognized as a pedagogical problem that has remained relevant and has not been adequately studied.
It is well known that any pedagogical technology involves the formation of a new content, based on the teaching and learning principles and principles, the use of optimally shaped ways, means, means, means of transforming students into their property, and their rational use . At the same time, optimism should be aimed at the formation of a comprehensive knowledge and personal qualities by the members of the educational process as little as possible by the forces of tension.
The choice of types of pedagogical technologies depends on many factors, such as knowledge, personal qualities, organizational form of learning, methods used, tools, and so forth. For example, students are encouraged to use creative thinking, business or role-playing games, and an intuitive dialogue to develop creative thinking, to develop a critical learning approach to learning materials, and productive learning activities. In this situation, teaching methods must be proportionate to the purpose.
The main requirements to the widely used pedagogical (educational) technologies in practice
-
1. Reasonable scientific conception.
-
2. Systematicity - a holistic relationship between the pedagogical process and its components.
-
3. Eligibility - maximizing the size and level of information at the level of state education standards or requirements.
-
4. Stabilize the results as far as possible.
-
5. It is possible to repeat other participants, such as resilience.
Modern education technologies allow students to search for, learn, and express their own ideas and personal qualities. In this process, the teacher - the student, creates conditions for the formation and development of the student, carries out the functions of management, guidance.
In conclusion, it can be said that the excessive (psychological and physical) tension forces in the pedagogical process (educational technology) are the result of time, effortlessly high (quality and efficiency) results.
According to the above, "pedagogical technology" (s) is a knowledge of pupils' knowledge and understanding of human and technical skills and their interaction, in order to optimize educational and personal development processes. is a system of designing, implementing, developing and implementing positive personal qualities, and incorporating the steps to make the necessary corrections to the results.
