Raising foreign language proficiency among university teaching staff by means of informative communicative education

The article is concerned with the issue of foreign language training aimed at the university teaching staff in the light of the current globalisation in the world system of higher education. It gives reasons for the necessity for improving foreign language training at the university level. Method of language training without the use of IT is dealt with in detail. Information and methodology form which is a practical means of informative communicative education is presented.
