The institutionalisation of small enterprise in the system of vocational secondary education in the Russian Federation: sociological aspect

Under the conditions of a modern market economy the development of small enterprise in the system of vocational secondary education is of great importance. The article deals with theoretical foundations of small businesses’ institutionalisation in the system of vocational secondary education in the Russian Federation. The detailed sociological study has been carried out on the basis of the analysis of classical and modern theoretical approaches to business and vocational education. The issues of the governmental support for small businesses in the system of vocational secondary education are discussed, the analysis of the appropriate legal base is provided. The author defines the main groups of small businesses’ functions in the system of vocational secondary education, its internal and external environment. Concise practical recommendations for the development of the governmental support of youth entrepreneurs are made.
