Institutionalization of integrational processes management in a regional system of education

In the article the problems of integration in education, particularly those of integrational processes management in a regional system of education, are considered. Analysing the Russian scholars’ research, tendencies in the sphere of managing education in Russia, the author proposes an algorithm of estimation of the process of institutionalization of managing educational integration in the region. The algorithm proposed gives an opportunity not only to analyse the current situation in managing integrational process, but also to define the strategy of solving the problems of institutionalization.
