Institutional modernization of the national market of educational services

Transformation involves a system of relations in the analyzed market, that is, its structure, the basic operation of the elements and themselves educational services, changing the existing forms of education and types of educational services, as a result there are new educational services, changing approaches to the provision, consumer attitudes to se-lecting service interaction mechanism economic agents in the market, etc. With the transition to market relations in all sectors of the economy of Mongolia trans-formation of the economic system affected the education, bringing it to market relations. The process of formation of the education market in Mongolia has coincided with Rus-sian trends in the development of market relations in this sphere. Currently, in Mongolia there is growth in the number of students in schools, reducing higher education institu-tions, due to the policy of the National Council for Higher Education Accreditation. For this reason, for the analysis of the education market for further development in re-sponse to changing needs of society and the prevailing socio-economic situation in the country there is a need for a comprehensive study of the processes occurring in the market.
