In the article the results of the research which was conducted by the laboratory of socio-psychological research of Volgograd State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering about the analysis of human resources in architecture and engineering field and in the housing and public utilities are given. Territorial, gender and age peculiarities are revealed in demand making for additional educational services.
