Institute of qualification ranks in the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation

The study of the institute of qualification ranks in the internal affairs bodies is of significant importance from the point of view of systematization of administrative and legal knowledge in this area. The authors, analyzing the legal and organizational features of assigning qualification titles to employees of internal affairs bodies, formulate and substantiate a number of proposals for improving law enforcement practice in the field under consideration, aimed at identifying possible ways to increase the effectiveness of professional performance of employees of internal affairs bodies.
