Institute of business ombudsman in Russia: results of first years

The article analyzes the institution of the authorized representative under the President for the protection of rights and interests of business entities. The norms regulating the activity of the authorized person are considered. The author refers to the foreign experience of the functioning of this institution. The results of the existence of the post of federal and regional business ombudsmen are summed up several years after the establishment of the bodies under investigation in Russia.
