Бесплатный доступ

The paper examines modern tools for student engagement and retention adapted for school media centers. The problem of decreasing motivation among students in extracurricular education is investigated, and three key tools are proposed for its solution: visualization of progress and achievements, demonstration of learning value, and student journey mapping. Practical recommendations for implementing these tools in school media centers are presented, taking into account their specifics. The effectiveness of the proposed approaches is substantiated based on modern research in pedagogy and educational design. Specific methods for applying each tool are described, allowing for increased student engagement and sustained interest in the educational process.
