Integration of the activity of rural cultural institutions: a regional aspect

Since the first multifunctional cultural centers appeared in 2012, integrative processes between rural houses of culture, libraries, and museums have been intensified in Russia. The amalgamation of these cultural institutions runs with difficulties, especially in those regions where there were no scientific investigations of true picture of further changes, were not prepared comfortable conditions for nonconflict consolidation of these institutions, were not comprehended expectable - positive and negative - results of processes.The article outlines the key results of scientific research of integrative processes between houses of culture, libraries, and museums located in rural areas of Altai Krai (Siberia, Russia) undertook by the authors in 2010-2016. It should be noticed that the cultural institutions mentioned above were making attempts to build core activity integration relations when they succeeded to keep their separate legal identities; then the dealing with problem of deep consolidation was a matter for the future. But results of the authors' sociological research let the readers to get a fair view of experience and difficulties in arranging stable inter-organizational relations between rural institutions of culture, to get a point on personnels' attitude toward integration processes phenomenon, its results touched with improvement of a rural territories population's leisure activities.
