Integration of sustainable development factors into national valuation standards

The authors analyzed the content of sustainable development factors in international valuation standards and national valuation standards of Europe, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and Russia. Recommendations were offered for the implementation of the most promising developments of foreign specialists in the domestic practice of valuation activities and the practical activities of analytical departments of credit institutions and forensic experts, as well as in educational programs for the training of analysts, experts and appraisers.
