Integration and over nationalism

Introduction: This article examines the legal aspects of the establishment and functioning of the new integration of the subject of the former Soviet Union and the Eurasian Economic Union (hereinafter - EAEC ). Purpose: The author explores the practice of the international organizations, the former Soviet Union and the prospects of development of integration processes and the implementation of supra-national, including in EAEC. Methods: The study is based on the System of philosophical and scientific methods of cognition. Generalization method plays a major role during the investigation and assessment of international legal sound of EAEC and his court. Results: The author shows the pattern of conditionality and the establishment of regional integration organizations. The author believes that the characteristic feature of such organizations is to transfer the Member States of their sovereign powers. The author concludes that over nationalism - a voluntary limit the sovereign powers of the government. Special place in the article has been devoted to the court system in EAEC institutions. It is shown that its powers set the balance between governmental agencies supranational union to protect the rights of economic entities. Conclusions: The author states in connection with the research, that the foundation of the institute created.
