Upbringing civic consciousness of youth in polyethnic society

The article it proves that one of the objectives of local authorities is formation of civic consciousness and patriotism among the youth. This is particularly important in polyethnic social communities where it is necessary to form the culture of interethnic interactions in order to prevent international conflicts. This objective may be achieved using various social and cultural institutions and organizations that are under the jurisdiction of local authorities.
