Integration of education into the regional high-quality innovative research clusters

The article discusses the problems of forming and developing a new model for innovative economy, education and business i.e. regional innovative research clusters. Place, role and function of clusters’ components: regional authorities, HEIs, enterprises, business-structures etc. are covered. The author gives reasons that clusters’ activity will allow to take measures regionally and nationally to facilitate the development of economic branches and social sphere considering the competitive advantages of each region.
