Integration of educational and leisure activities as a condition of the formation of competencies designed to create the image

The article discusses the possible prospects for the inclusion of new competencies in existing hierarchies and special attention to the creation of the image forming competences, expressing the willingness and ability of professionals working in the «man-to-man» system to form a positive image as a prerequisite for success in their professional activities. The author, based on comprehensive pedagogical experiment justifies the need to build competencies in the image forming process of professional training; unlocks the content of liberal education, given the growing interdisciplinary relations as one of the conditions for the creation of image forming competencies. As another important conditions for the creation of image forming competencies the author identifies the recreational activities that are integrated with educational programs to be the most adequate form of activities that provide an optimal balance between education, development, self-development, leisure, consumption and effectively solve the problem of the creation of the image forming competencies.
