The task of intensifying the construction industry of the Russian Federation and turning it into an efficient, competitive, high-tech and open one is inextricably linked with the problem of training qualified personnel and is a key challenge for the labor market. One of the mechanisms for solving this problem is the integration of manufacturing, digital, lean and educational technologies into the process of training future specialists for the construction industry. The intensification of the economy puts forward new requirements for labor force, the quality of engineering and technical workers, including in the construction industry. A modern construction technician must not only be fluent in his profession and have a set of professional qualifications and the ability to work effectively, but also be ready for constant professional growth and mobility, competent both in his field of activity and in related areas, invariably associated with the digitalization of construction. It is possible to achieve this level of mobility of specialists by introducing technologies into the process of training young specialists in the construction industry that ensure the maximum connection between education and production. The integration of educational, production, digital technologies and lean manufacturing technologies is most clearly seen in the context of the implementation of the new educational technology “Professionality”, taking into account the use of modern educational and production infrastructure in the educational process and with the active participation of specialists from employers. In the process of training, its technologies change dramatically, in which the main emphasis is placed on project-based learning and information and communication technologies; production technologies; digital tools for the design, operation and maintenance of buildings and structures are widely used. The peculiarities of the construction industry as the one that creates fixed assets for other sectors of the economy, the dependence of the pace and scale of construction on the state of the entire socio-economic sphere of the country are the reason that the integration of new production, digital, educational and lean technologies has become a necessary and effective tool for influencing this sphere.
