Teaching and scientific activities integration in higher educational establishments: problems and solutions

Contradictions of Russian educational and science systems integration are conditioned on objective processes taking place in new conditions of society development and formation. In this article the main problems have been summarized that prevent an active developing of academic research in the country and regions in the present-day system, some steps have been suggested that let solve them.
