The article discusses various options for integration in the educational process of pre-school organization. Special attention is paid to the integration of the mental and physical development of children. Different approaches to optimizing the physical and mental activity of preschool children are given. The role of play activity is determined as an integrative means of optimizing the mental and physical development of children.
