It is obvious that in the conditions of modern realities with a focus on the multipolarity of international relations, the integration approach to the formation of economic unions on the terms of mutually beneficial partnership is fundamentally important, since economic, logistical, financial, foreign trade and other factors have changed significantly, and adaptation to the new conditions of the transforming world politics and economy, which are irreversible, is necessary. The results of this study are recommended for implementation when coordinating the conditions of interaction of subjects in the format of regional and international economic relations, as well as the implementation of projects for the creation and development of cluster economic systems.
