Integrated model of forecasting ventricular arrhythmias at patients with coronary heart disease

It is carried out cross research of 108 patients, suffering by coronary heart disease with ventricular arrhythmias and without them. On the basis of independent risk factors, parameters of structural-geometrical remodeling of a heart, expressiveness of a coronary atherosclerosis, the integrated model of forecasting ventricular airhythmias at patients with coronary heart disease is constructed. During research it is established, that a diastolic size of the left ventricular and a total index of a coronary atherosclerosis are independent risk factors of occurrence ventricular arrhythmias.
