Integrated music and motor preparation at the initial stage of training in rhythmic gymnastics

The article presents the methodological and organizational features of musical-motor training process of girls 6 - 7 years old, engaged in artistic gymnastics. The idea of ​​the author's method is to realize an integrated approach that can simultaneously solve the synthesis of general developing, health, educational and training objectives. The authors identify four main groups of musical-motor training in early gymnastics training: general developing, health, sports, technical, artistic and aesthetic. The criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of developed methods considered in the dynamics parameters of physical and mental development of girls 6 - 7 years, their physical and technical readiness, motor expression and overall health.
