Integrative approach to secondary resources using management on the level of the region

The ecological component which prede­termines a vector, character and features of regional social and economic development is a key element of the present stage of social development. Stability searching in the evolutionary process predetermines need of sustainable regional development strategy formation from the point of the concept view that is within interdisciplinary of ecology-economic ap­proach. The problems of resources exhaustibility (variety loss) in ecological systems and environ­ment protection problems present as a key aspects at regional development strategy elaboration.
