Intellectualization of Management of the Human Resources Potential of Transport and Logistics Company

The article is devoted to the problem of managing the transport and logistics companies’ human resources potential as well as justifying the use of intelligent agents (AI agents) to solve it. The authors analyze the evolution of scientific management schools and synthesize a universal HR cycle integrated with the employee’s competence model. The work presents the architecture of the AI agent core designed to automate the most time-consuming stages of the personnel’s life cycle: from selecting and adaptation to development and deduction. Drawing on the review of Russian and foreign companies’ practices, the effectiveness of AI agents implementation for the development trajectories personalization, forecasting of fluidity and involvement increasing are demonstrated. A conclusion was effectuated with respect to the fact that management intellectualization is a key factor of HR management transformation from reactive to proactive one that provides the company’s competitive ability and stability in the digital economy.
