Intellectual automation and diagnosis of technological processes under transitional operational modes of installations

This article discusses the options for diagnosing measuring channels on the example of a power unit of a thermal power plant using different diagnostic models. As the analysis of archival data showed, the same diagnostic model is not applicable to different operating modes of a steam turbine or gas turbine plant. The use of different diagnostic models is determined by the method of starting the power unit, the operation of the variable load mode and shutdown - these are automatic (using step-by-step control programs) and manual. For this reason, not in every operating mode of the installation it is possible to link the measured data to a specific channel, on which other parameters depend. In manual mode, start-up and control is carried out by personnel without automation, intuitively, according to the technological map for the installation. Analyzing the archives, we see that the changes in the measuring channels correspond to the general pattern built on the basis of earlier launches, but many parameters are shifted in time.
