The article presents a theoretical and methodological justification of an intelligent model of personalized rehabilitation for children with cerebral palsy, aimed at increasing their motor activity, health and participation in everyday life. Rehabilitation is interpreted as a managed multicomponent process based on the child’s neuroprofile, motivation, family context and learning conditions. The model includes modules for in-depth assessment, intelligent analysis of multisensor data on movement and postural control, planning and adaptive modification of training programmes using artificial intelligence technologies, robotic support and game-based/VR scenarios. The logic of the model, feedback loops between the child, specialists and family, and a system of outcome criteria combining motor function, movement quality and engagement are described, as well as possible directions for integrating the model into paediatric neurorehabilitation practice and the field of health-oriented and adaptive physical culture.
