Intellectual and personal non-property rights as related directions of one institution

This paper highlights the main aspects of the fact that intellectual and personal non-property rights are part of the same institution and have similar rights to protection. And therefore, in order to solve the problems that arise, the article provides examples of solutions necessary to ensure active information and educational detail, as well as the implementation of measures to implement and finalize the necessary amendments to the relevant regulatory legal acts.
