Intentional orientation of the American political discourse of the XX-XXIst centuries

The article deals with the speech of the president of the USA as a central genre of the American political discourse of the XX-XXIst centuries. There is revealed and described the addressant-addressee configuration that is specific for the American political discourse of the XX-XXIst centuries implemented with the use of the linguistic and extralinguistic factors and the deological content.
