Interactive learning as a condition for development of subject position of professional development courses trainees

The article discusses the necessity of development of trainees’ subjectness as a special personality trait which characterizes the ability to organize and to realize any activity. The article considers the process of forming trainees’ subject position in the conditions of interactive learning in the system of retraining and professional development. The main criteria of subject position and conditions of its forming are defined. Special attention is paid to interactive lecture including interactive technologies: creative tasks, case method, formula PEEC (position, explanation, example, consequence).The rules of organizing interactive learning are recommended. In the article the traditional didactic learning tool - workbook in the conditions of interactive learning is actualized. The fragments of workbooks which are used in the teachers’ training courses in Chelyabinsk Institute of Retraining and Improvement of Professional Skill of Educators are presented.
