Interactive innovative teaching methods as a means of increasing the motivation of students to successfully master educational programs (on the Ural Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia)

The article discusses the relevance of the use of innovative technologies in the educational organization of the Ministry of internal Affairs. It is emphasized that innovations in educational organizations are conditioned by a person-oriented approach to the process of education and upbringing of highly qualified specialists and contribute to the implementation of the main mission of the University - educational. The article describes an example of an innovative approach to the educational process - the experience of conducting training sessions in a competition of pedagogical skills among the SHAPE \* MERGEFORMAT departments of the Ural law Institute of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia. This competition was called “Pedagogical relay”. The author formulates the main goal of the project, specifies the objectives of the project, as well as criteria for evaluating the innovative potential of departments by students. Special attention is paid to the innovative development of practical training by the Department of foreign languages. It is emphasized that when creating an innovative media product, the following teaching methods were used: the method of language guesswork, elements of role-playing games, the principle of visibility, as well as interactive techniques. While watching a video prepared by teachers of the Department of foreign languages, the audience is involved in active cognitive activity, as a result of which they are immersed in the proposed topic and develop the skill of producing a speech utterance on the topic. Thanks to this form of presentation, a stable motivation to learn a foreign language is formed. In the result of analysis demonstrate the positive experience of departments in the Ural law Institute of MIA of Russia, formed a strong opinion that to optimize the learning process it is necessary to integrate work of the departments. As a result, the author concludes that the most effective method of increasing the motivation of students is an integrated approach to innovative technologies.
