The article reveals the technology of management competence managers of culture through interactive educational methods, in which students are free to express yourself, to objectively evaluate the perceptions surrounding our own selves, emancipate their capacity for self-reflection and self-correction, to engage in activity and personality-oriented teaching and educational process.
