Agents and their interests in intra-corporate relationships: the problem of distribution of income in local conditions

The author shows the relevance of studying the economic interests of the agents of intracorporate relationships and their antagonism to the issues of income distribution in the Russian context. The article demonstrates specific imbalances in the distribution relations in Russian corporations. The focus-on issue is the inequality of relations among joint owners, managers, wage workers and the uneven income distribution within the corporation.
