Internationalization as a trend of higher education development at the present stage

The article deals with problems of higher medical education and trends of its development currently. It is noted that recently, education both in Russia and abroad has acquired an international character, which, according to experts, is due to objective reasons for the economic and political situation in the world. It is believed that this trend has an optimistic outlook, as it helps to improve the quality of education and preparation of students for life and work in the context of globalization.
