The article presents the protocol of the workshop, as well as the results of the innovative workshop that took place at the pedagogical university site. The workshop was attended by teenagers (14-18 years) and their parents (the main customer of the solution of actual problems), teachers and deputy directors of secondary and secondary special educational institutions, as well as scientists of the pedagogical university, specialists in various aspects of the discussed problem: addiction, deviant and dependent behavior, social trust, the characteristics of adolescence, the daily life of high school students, the «challenges» of a modern school. The participants discussed problematizing Internet addiction and projects of memos to children, teachers and parents (the edited texts of the memos are shown in the article). The authors of the article argue that the workshop can be considered the best form of collaboration of people who are concerned with solving problems that, due to their complexity, can be solved only by joint efforts of all members of society who need to change their way of life, social habits and behavior.
