The author reveals the intersubjective nature of public opinion as a component of everyday consciousness from the intersubjective, communicative and phenomenological approaches, and emphasizes the organic dialectical relationship between these phenomena. The interaction of subjects in the process of forming public opinion is based on the intentional model of communication that involves the establishment of a common context focused on expressing the positions of the parties, the determinants of which are the deep structures of common consciousness, repeatedly confirmed and objectified in everyday social practices. From the perspective of these structures, the interpretation and evaluation of objects and events of the surrounding reality are carried out, taking onto account the available information, purposes and social context. The study of the intersubjective nature of public opinion as an element of everyday consciousness makes it possible to explicate the dialectical and dialogic nature of the correlation of these phenomena with the systems external to them, contributes to deepening the socio-philosophical understanding of the qualitative specifics of their nature and essence, and the improvement of methods of study and methods of influencing public opinion in the practice of social interaction.
