Intraoperative bile ducts injuries

Peculiarities s of biliary ducts' injures were studied in the 126 patients. The injures occurred during the operations for acute and chronic calculous cholecystitis in 92,8% of observations, for duodenum ulcer - in 4%, for blunt and penetrating ab-dominal trauma - in 3,2%. ?Small? traumas were in 4% of patients and ?large? ones were in 96% of patients. Early complications after the surgery included peritonitis (53,5%), obstructive jaundice (32,6%), external bile fistula (30,2%). Late complications after surgery were obstructive jaundice (68,5%), strictures and cholangitis (61,1% both), external bile fistula (46,3%).
