На сегодняшний день катетерная радиочастотная аблация (РЧА) стала стандартным методом лечения пациентов с фибрилляцией предсердий (ФП). В ходе РЧА выполняются дополнительные линейные воздействия по задней стенке левого предсердия, что может вызвать повреждение пищевода. В статье рассматриваются внедренные в практику методы предотвращения повреждения пищевода в ходе радиочастотной аблации, выделены плюсы и минусы методик.
